Tour Manager

• Oversee the tour operation for the company including related business units.
• Being responsible for setting the strategic business direction of the Tour Department to meet company targets. Runs the business with the agreed level of profitability.
• Drives a customer focused culture which ensures customer satisfaction and profitability growth
• Provide Hands on support to the tour operation unit to ensure a customer driven improvement process, full understanding of the operation process and promote an open stream of communication at all levels of the business.
• Design, plan and prepare tours packages so that they are always ready to go. Prepare and forecast budget for each month of operation. Summarizes all tour operation activities. 
• Participate in sales activities and marketing campaign to help increase sales and maximizing tour efficiency.
• Manages schedule of each tour operation and ensuring staff are aware of each slots available and occupied. 
• Analyze the capacity and actual efficiency of the operation covering all revenue and costs structure.
• Collecting and manages feedback, reviews, comments from customer and implement plans for future development. 
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Ensuring all staff maintained their disciplines and company standards at all times.
• Recruits, tests, and hires Managers in line with the business plan and with company values and leadership principles
• Report directly to Owner.

Dive Shop Manager (Thai)

• งานเอกสารธุรการทั่วไป
• ดูแลรักษาความสะอาดร้าน
• ถ่ายภาพรายงานประจำวันเข้ากลุ่มไลน์
• เข้าอบรมเป็นระยะ
